Q: How do I book a tour?
A: You can book directly through our website. Select your tour, choose your dates, and customise your package. A deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance due closer to arrival.
Q: Can I book for a group?
A: Yes – we make it easy to organise a group ride. You have three options:
Option 1 - You pay the deposit for the group and collect your friends' share privately.
Option 2 - Contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll send you payment links or bank details so each rider can pay their share of the deposit directly to us.
Option 3 - Send your group the booking link, and let them know the tour name and dates. They can book and pay online individually.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards. The deposit (usually 20%) is payable by card online or via bank transfer. The balance is payable either on arrival in cash, by bank transfer, or by card.
Q: What currency do you accept?
A: We accept payments in Euros (€). If you are paying from outside the Eurozone, your bank or card provider will handle the currency conversion. If you pay your balance on arrival, we can also accept British Pounds (GBP) at the current exchange rate.. A: Our tours cover a wide range of terrain, from mountain trails to scenic backroads. We cater to all skill levels and design routes suitable for mixed-ability groups.
Q: Can beginners take part?
A: Yes – we welcome beginners, rusty riders, and mixed-ability groups. The "Malaga and Beyond" tour is especially flexible and inclusive, making it the ideal choice for riders who are less experienced, returning to riding after a break, or riding in a mixed group.
Q: Do I need a licence?
A: Yes. You need a valid driving licence:
A car licence is sufficient to ride a 125cc bike.
A motorcycle licence is required for 250cc, 300cc, and 350cc bikes.
Q: Do you provide tips or training?
A: Yes. Trail tips and guidance are included as standard during all tours. For those seeking more focused development, we also offer specific training packages.
Q: Will I be riding on my own?
A: No – all rides are guided by experienced guides who know the terrain. You're supported every step of the way.
Q: How long are the rides each day?
A: Ride duration is typically around 6 hours of riding per day, including breaks. This may vary slightly depending on the group and tour type.
Q: What happens if I struggle or want a break?
A: We take regular breaks, and there’s always the option to adjust or shorten your ride depending on group ability and comfort. Our guides are there to support, not push.
Q: Do you cater for advanced riders?
A: Yes – we have guides who currently race, or have raced, at expert and professional level in both enduro and hard enduro.
We also offer special riding schools throughout the year aimed at all abilities.
These schools are especially beneficial for experienced riders or those actively racing.We can cater for all abilities – from complete beginners to elite riders.
